博物馆经济在入世后的冲击及对策分析

Analysis of Impacts and Countermeasures of Museums Economy after China's Entry the WTO

文章通过详细分析我国加入WTO后,博物馆行业面临的冲击和挑战,提出了博物馆行业应该采取的对策:进一步加大投入,促进馆场、馆舍基础建设,加大藏品的征集、保管力度;树立开放意识、精品意识、人本意识;推进管理体制、陈列手段、人事分配和博物馆运营机制方面的创新。

Through analyzing the impacts and challenges museums faces after our country entered the WTO, this paper proposes the countermeasures that museums should take: further improve input to promote the capital constructions of museums fields and houses; enlarge the collections and storages; establish open-mind consciousness, fine works consciousness and people first consciousness; advance the innovation in management system, display methods, personnel assignment and museums operation system.
