摘要
本文通过分析企业行政人员绩效考核难点所在,理论联系实际,从业绩量化、素质考评使用多种方法、"业绩考核"与"素质考评"要先分后合及考核要与奖惩任用挂钩等四方面提出了相应的解决方法,对企业的绩效考评有一定的指导意义。
This essay focuses on the analysis of difficulties in the evaluation of administrative staff,it combines theory with practice. The author gives some advice on how to solve the problems according to the four aspects following :quantify administrative work ,use various means to assess the quality of administrative staff, achievement evaluation and quatity evaluation should be separated first and then combined ,evaluation relates to rewords,punishment and appointment. Therefore, it has some guidance over company achievement evaluation.
