摘要
本文从比较法、案例、立法效果等角度论证了我国《物权法》规定间接占有制度的必要性。
In this thesis, author demonstrated that the indirect possess regulation should be formulated in property law in our country by means of law comparison, case analysis and effect of legislaition analysis.
