As a result of China's Entry to the WTO,grea t changes have taken pla ce in financing environments of enterprise law,economy and financial market.Tra ditional enterprise financing target,financial information and the quality of f inance personnel are facing new challenges.Therefore,facing WTO Entry,enterpr ises should target at “maximizing enterprise value” and various brand-new fin ancial concepts of long-term holistic benefit,new risk,strategic reformation,in formationization and human orientation should be set up.
