Improve Farmers' Quality,Promote the Development of Rural Economy

农民是农业生产的主体和核心 ,在农业国际化和经济全球化的背景下 ,农民素质的高低直接影响农业的发展 ,影响农业走向国际市场、参与国际竞争。在简要分析我国农民素质状况的基础上 ,阐述了农民素质对农村经济发展的影响 ,提出了提高农民素质 ,促进农村经济发展的对策措施。

Farmers are the subject and core of agricult ural production.Under th e background of agricultural internationalization and economic globalization,th e quality of farmers directly affects agriculture development and influences its excess to the international market to join the competition.On the base of sim ply analyzing the situation of farmers' quality in our country,the effect of fa rmer quality on the development of rural economy is elaborated,and the strategi es and measures to the improvement of farmers' quality and promotion of the deve lopment of rural economy are proposed.
