摘要 目的 研究建立分泌性中耳炎小鼠动物模型的方法 ,为分泌性中耳炎的动物实验研究提供一种有用的动物模型。方法 采用卵清蛋白致敏并激发小鼠制成分泌性中耳炎动物模型 ,了解分泌性中耳炎中耳黏膜的增生及细胞浸润情况。结果 实验组 16耳中 12耳鼓膜呈淡黄色 ,中耳腔有少量的浆液性渗出液 ,鼓室黏膜明显增厚且以嗜酸性粒细胞、浆细胞、淋巴细胞浸润为主 ,而两对照组鼓室无积液 ,黏膜无明显破坏。结论 Ⅰ型变态反应在分泌性中耳炎病因及发病机制当中的作用日益突出 ,为进一步研究该疾病提供了依据。 Objective To study the method to establish the model of otitis media with effusion (OME) and offer a useful animal model in the experimental study. Methods BALB/C mice were sensitized to ovalbumin (OVA) and challenged transtympanically. The analysis was made for the thick-measurements and pathology observations of the middle ear mucosa. Result In the experimental group, 12 of 16 ear results are positive, the erythena of tympanic membrane, existence of effusion and infiltration of eosinophils, mast cells and plasma cells and so on. But the negative results are found in the other two control groups. Conclusion Type Ⅰ allergic reaction may play an important role in the pathophysiology of OME, and provide the basis for further experimental research and clinical treatment of OME.
