蛋白质组学在喉癌肿瘤标志物研究中的进展

摘要 喉癌是头颈部常见的恶性肿瘤 ,发病率高且呈不断上升趋势。为了提高治愈率 ,人们企图在分子水平寻找用于早期诊断的喉癌标志物。尽管目前已发现很多与喉癌密切相关的标记物 ,但都因缺乏高度特异性和灵敏度而无法在临床推广。近年发展迅速的蛋白质组学从蛋白质的整体水平进行肿瘤标志物的筛选和鉴定 ,为肿瘤研究提供了有效的技术手段。虽然蛋白质组学技术已在肿瘤领域中得到广泛应用 ,但对喉癌进行的蛋白质组学研究报道较少。本文通过回顾相关文献 ,探讨蛋白质组学技术在喉癌研究中的应用前景及趋势。 Laryngeal cancer is common in head and neck malignant tumor. Its high incidence keeps on rising. In order to improve the cure rate, people attempt to find out tumor markers (TM) of laryngeal cancer that can help early diagnosing. Researchers had discovered many TM related to laryngeal cancer, which however can't be popularized because of poor specificity and sensitivity. Proteomic techniques filter and identify TM on the level of entire proteins, therefore avoid many drawbacks of former experiments and offers efficient technique for tumor research. Although proteomic techniques have been widely used in tumor research, experiments about proteomics of laryngeal cancer are very limited. This review aims at discussing foreground and developing tendency of the proteomic techniques applying to laryngeal cancer exploration.
