摘要
随着改革开放政策的不断深入,农村经济得到了长足发展,农民的生活水平日益提高,然而在精神文明领域出现了"断层" 农村农民思想政治工作滞后,有各种复杂的主客观原因,我们应该运用列宁的"灌输理论"原则,加强农村农民思想政治工作的效果,实践"三个代表"的重要思想,贯彻十六大报告精神,全面建设小康社会,努力做好新时期农村农民的思想政治教育工作,以适应建设有中国特色的社会主义现代化的新要求。
As the reform and opening policy is continuously deepening, rural economy has seen a remarkable development and peasants' living standards are being improved day by day. Yet a discontinuance in spiritual civilization has emerged. A variety of causes that make the ideological and political work in rural areas lag behind are both complicatedly subjective and objective. In order to meet the demand of building socialist modernizations with Chinese characteristics , we should, on Lenin's ' Pouring Theory ' principle, enforce ideological and political work in the countryside, practise the important ideas ' Three Represents ', carry out the spirit of the Party's 16th National Congress, build an overall well-off society , and try to do well peasants' ideological and political work in today's rural areas .
