The modernization of party has been an inevitable trend under the situation of globalization. It is crucial to the success of our cause that we must fully recognize the new situation as well as the new task and we must improve our political power by exploring the laws of governing. Establishing a learning-model party meets the trend of time, and it is an essential factor in improving our political power. It is necessary to forge a new image of the Communist Party of China with the idea of 'learning', to strengthen the construction of political power so as to promote the process of the modernization of Party.
