摘要
我国环境保护存在的问题有 :一是排污收费实施不力 ;二是排污收费标准偏低 ;三是经济手段调节范围不足。针对以上问题 ,可采取以下措施 :一是强化经济手段 ,培育环境市场 ;二是建立完善的环保经济手段体系 ;三是建立多元化的环保投资体系。
The problems of environmental protection of our country have a few aspects of blowdowning charge,the expensive stardord of charge,the insufficient range of the eonomic means.To these proplem,we can take the following measures of strengthening the economic means,fostering the environmental market,setting up the perfect system of economic means about environmental protection,setting up the pluralistic system of investment about environmental protection,etc.
