摘要
本文叙述了9000kVA和12500kVA电炉冶炼硅钙合金的试验。试验表明大电炉具有较强的破解炉内SiC的能力。石灰石代替石灰冶炼硅钙的可行性。以及由75％硅铁转炼的优点。
This paper describes the experiments of producting silicocalcium in both 9000kVA and 12500kVA electric furnaces. The experiments show that large capacity electric turnace has a high capability to crush the SiC in furnace. The feasibility of substuting lime with limestone in production of silicocalcium and the advantages of the production from 75% ferrosilicoa are also described.
