本文在实验的基础上提出了营造良好的外语环境、创造更多的言语实践机会是快速将语言知识转化为语言能力、提高语言能力习得效率的良好途径.文章以英语为例讨论了外语环境的范围和实践操作形式,探讨了影响外语环境运行效果的诸多因素和从中得到的启示.

This article points out that creating good foreign language environment and providing more opportunities for language practice are effective strategies in developing students' language competence from their knowledge and in improving the efficiency of language competence acquisition on the basis of experiments. It also presents the scope of foreign language environment and its practical forms by taking English as an example, explores some factors that affect the creation of good foreign language environment and puts forward suggestions we can get from them.
