摘要
以部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)、交联剂C-2、缓蚀剂CT2-15、粘土稳定剂WD-1 等为原料,研制了一种低伤害预凝胶型压井液,并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明,预凝胶型压井液密度可调范围大,室内岩芯流动实验中,岩芯的渗透率恢复值达0.891,滤失量极低,对金属腐蚀性小。
A novel low formation damage preformed gel kill fluid was prepared with partially hydrolyzed polyacry-lamide(HPAM) ,crosslinker C -2,corrosion inhibitor CT2 - 15 and clay stabilizer WD - 1 as raw material, and its performances were evaluated. The results indicated that the kill fluid had wide density range, low fluid loss and low corrosion. The restoration ratio of permeability was up to 89 .1 % in core experiment.
