摘要 目的 :观察姜黄素对糖尿病大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT )活性及丙二醛 (MDA)含量的影响。方法 :链脲佐菌素 (STZ)诱导糖尿病大鼠模型 ,治疗组灌胃给予姜黄素 2 0 0mg/kg ,为期 8周。采血检测血清SOD和CAT活性及MDA含量。结果 :糖尿病组大鼠血清SOD和CAT活性显著降低 ,MDA含量明显增加 (均P <0 .0 1)。姜黄素治疗组血清SOD和CAT活性明显高于糖尿病组 ,MDA含量明显低于糖尿病组。结论 :姜黄素能有效改善糖尿病大鼠血清抗氧化酶活性 ,降低MDA水平。 0bjective: To observe the effect of curcumin on the activities of serum antioxidant enzymes and the contents of MDA in diabetic rats. Methods: Diabetic model was induced by a single intraperitoneal injection of streptozoticin(STZ) to male Wistar rats at a dose of 60mg/kg body weight and was randomly divided into two groups: untreated diabetes (group DM,n=10) and diabetes treated with curcumin 200mg/kg (group Cur,n=10). A normal contral group(group normal, n=10) was also designed.After treated for eight weeks,The activities of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) and the contents of MDA were evaluated. Results: The activities of serum SOD and CAT were significantly declined and the contents of MDA was increased in diabetic rats as compared with those in normal rats;while the activities of serum SOD and CAT were much higher and the contents of MDA was significantly lower in curcumin treated rats than those in normal rats(all P<0.01). Conclusion: Curcumin can effectively improve the activities of serum antioxidant enzymes and decrease the contents of serum MDA in diabetic rats, so may play a role in prevention and treatment of diabetic
