益气升阳方药对大鼠动脉MMP-2及Ⅰ型胶原增龄性变化的调节作用

摘要 目的 :探讨大鼠动脉中MMP 2及Ⅰ型胶原的增龄性变化及益气升阳方的作用。方法 :用免疫组化方法检测MMP 2表达 ,用RT PCR方法检测Ⅰ型胶原mRNA表达。结果 :大鼠动脉中MMP 2及Ⅰ型胶原随增龄表达明显增加 ,而益气升阳方对其均有不同程度的下调作用。结论 :益气升阳方药可通过减少MMP 2的表达进而减少动脉中Ⅰ型胶原的过度堆积。 Objective: To observe the changes of MMP 2 and collagen type Ⅰ in rats’ arterial with aging, and the effect of Replenishing Qi and Elevating Yang (RQEY) on them. Methosd: The expression of MMP 2 was studied by using Immunohistochemistry method. The expression of type Ⅰ collagen mRNA was studied by using RT PCR method. Results: The expression of type Ⅰ collagen mRNA and MMP 2 were markedly increased with aging. RQEY could regulate the above indices. Conclusion: RQEY can decrease excess deposition of collagen type Ⅰ in rats’ arterial through reducing the expression of MMP 2.
