摘要
目的运用优化制备工艺,用可生物降解的材料制备性质稳定,缓释的左炔诺孕酮纳米粒(LNG-PBCA-NP).方法运用正交试验设计方法设计实验选出最优化实验条件,应用乳化聚合法制备LNG-PBCA-NP,观测粒径大小及分布,测量纳米药物的包封率和含药量,并测定体外释药速率.结果纳米粒粒径为72~170nm,分布均匀,包封率(87.6±0.47)%,控释时间延长.结论制备的LNG-PBCA-NP性质稳定,有明显的缓释性.
Objective: To optimize the preparation with emulsification polymerizing method of Sustained Release Drug Delivery Systems of Levonorgestrol Nanoparticles with good anticonceptive effect using BCA as the biodegradable material. Methods: Use orthogonal design method to optimize the technology of preparation with good reproducibility, the appearance,particle size, drug content,drug release in vitro of the obtained microspheres were examined. Results: The particle size was 72~170 nm, which distributing uniformity.the precentage of drug content was (87.6±0.47)%. The time of drug release was prolonged. Conclusions: LNG -PBCA-NP character stability,the effect of sustained releasing drug was evident.
