质量是企业的生命,是"产品、过程或服务满足规定或潜在要求(或需要)的特征和特性总和"。质量观念是指人们对质量这一事物的概念、内涵、实质、形态、取向等的认识或见解。质量观念对企业的生存和发展起着极其重要的作用。
The quality is of vital importance to enterprises, which is the sum total of characteristics and properties of products, process and service to meet some regulations and potential needs. The conception of quality shows how people understand its definition, content, nature, form and orientation. It plays a critical role in the existence and development of enterprises.
