人口与经济社会发展有密切的关联性,通过对青海省人口与经济社会发展状况的研究,指出劳动力过剩与人力资本短缺之间的矛盾是制约青海省经济社会发展的重要因素,只有不断扩大人力资本的存量才能从根本上增强青海省的经济社会发展后劲。

There is the strong connection between population and development of economy and society.This article points out that the contradiction between labor excess and lack of manpower capital is a key factor to restrict development of economy and society of Qinghai Province through research on population and development condition.It suggests that expanding the store of manpower capital enhances the development of economy and society of Qinghai province fundamentally.
