摘要
用邻菲罗啉作显色剂 ,采用分光光度法测定FeNH4 Y中铁的交换度 .结果表明 ,在pH =1 5~ 7 5时 ,Fe2 +离子同邻菲罗啉生成稳定的桔红色络合物 ,摩尔吸光系数ε510nm=1 1× 10 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1。铁 (II)量在 5 0~ 15 0 μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律 .结果令人满意。
In this thesis spectrophotometry was introduced for th e determination of trances of iron in FeNH_4Y. The complex tris(1.10-phenanthro line)iron(II) shows a constant value in a medium of pH=1.5~7.5.It's nacarat st eady complex compound . The apparent molar absorptivity of the method is ε510n m= 1.1×104L·mol -1·cm -1. Beer's law is obeyed over the range of 5.0~15.0μg/ mL of iron (II).
