摘要
在银行、铁路及连锁商店的视频监控系统中 ,通常要求在带宽极其有限的网络上传输多路视频信息 ,因为视频源的输出码率会随时发生变化 ,在这种情况下 ,为了避免网络发生拥塞 ,同时又充分利用带宽资源 ,需要对多路视频进行流量控制。本文以基于发送端速率的流量控制方式为基础 ,结合所讨论的视频监控系统 ,研究流量控制中获取反馈信息的方法 ,提出利用流量采集器获取网络流量信息的方法来判断网络状态 ,以此作为流量控制的依据。
In some video surveillance systems such as used in ban k, railway, and chain store, multiple video data are required to transport through limited bandwidth. Because video source's transmission rate will change at any moment, the flow control scheme must be adopted, which can avoid the network ope rating towards congestion and maximize the efficiency of network bandwidth usage . Aiming at the video surveillance system discussed in this paper; the flow cont rol mechanism based on sender's rate is adopted. In this paper we present a meth od of using the flow collecting equipment to get the characterization of the net work conditions so that rate adjustment decision can be reliably made.
