摘要
本文论述了炭素铬铁电炉炉衬所用的材质及其损坏机理,从工艺角度提出了维护炉衬的措施,特别是通过热流量的计算,指出凝固金属层对保护炉底有着重要的作用。
The materials used in high-carbon ferrochromium furnace line and their damage mechanisms are discussed.The measure of line maintenance is presented from the point of process,the layer of total coagulation is especially crucial to the protection of furnace boftom,through the calculation of heat flow.
