摘要 本文根据快速控制反射镜系统的特点 ,结合了传统的方法提出了一种新的有轴系子系统结构 ,来提高快速高精度跟踪技术 ,从理论方案到实验模型详细做了分析。 In the work,according to the characteristic of FSM (fa st -steering mirror system), and combined with the traditional methods, a new axife rous subsystem structure to develop rapid tracking technique with high accuracy was introduced and was analyzed at some length from theoretic layout to researc h model.
