摘要
研究了高纯度金属氧化物TiO2 粉末表面吸附NO后在程序升温热脱附 (TPD)过程中的脱附反应规律 ,讨论了NO气体分子在TiO2 (110 )表面吸附和脱附之间的关系及机理 .TPD实验结果表明 ,NO在TiO2 表面吸附后可在两个峰值温度脱附出N2 .N2 的脱附量随NO气体暴露量增加而增加 ,但当气体覆盖度超过一定值后 ,脱附量趋于定值 .
The desorption behaviors of NO on the particle surface of TiO_2(110) was investigated by the method of Temperature Programmed Desorption (TPD). The mechanism responsible for desorption process and the relation between adsorption and desorption were discussed. The results of TPD indicated that the temperatures of two desorption peaks as the main N_2 molecules were at two peak-emperatures . With increasing the exposure amount of NO gas, the desorption amount of N_2 increased and the peak desorption temperature decreased. However, the desorption amount of N_2 tended to become constant when the surface coverage of NO gas was higher than a certain value.
