摘要
介绍了东风系列内燃机车智能化水阻试验系统中柴油机排气支管计算机辅助红外测温的方法 ,探讨了在设计计算机辅助测试系统时所考虑的主要问题 ,实现了水阻试验过程中对排气支管温度信号的数据采集、处理、输出和存储 。
The way in which the temperature of exhaust manifolds is infrared measured with computer in water resistance test system of DF series of diesel locomotive is introduced. And the key problems considered in design of the system are probed. The temperature data collecting, processing, outputting and saving are realized. As a result, the electronic measure to temperature of every exhaust manifold is solved.
