管片式换热器传热与阻力特性的数值研究 被引量:5

摘要 在适体坐标系中采用有限差分法对错排圆管管片式换热芯子的三维层流流动及其换热特性进行了研究 .计算的网格由微分方程法生成 ,对雷诺数Re在 16 3~ 978之间的空气流动与传热特性进行了分析 ,得出了速度场、横向平均Nu数以及平均对流换热系数与压力降随Re的变化规律 ,为改进翅片结构 。 Under the body-fitted coordinates, a study of three-dimensional laminar flow and heat exchange characteristics of staggered round tube bank fin is carried out through finite difference method. The grids of calculating region are generated with differential equation. Based on the analysis of air flow and heat exchange characteristics with Re in 163~978, the velocity fields and transverse average Nu are obtained, which provide the evidence for modifying the fin structure and enhancing heat transfer.
