摘要
硅铝作为一种强脱氧剂,由于其比重、熔点大大高于纯铝,因而对钢渣穿透能力强、烧损大大减少,铝回收率高。本文在理论和试验的基础上提出了1800kVADC 电炉冶炼硅铝铁合金的技术方案及可行性。
As a strong deoxidant,Fe-Si-Al capacity to penetrate steel slag is very high because its specific gravity and melting point are much higher than that of pure aluminum,therefore,burning loss is significantly cut down.The recovery of Al is increased.Based on the theory and tests,technical plan and feasibility of smelting Fe-Si-Al alloy with 1800 kVA DC furnace are presented.
