芋属5种植物叶表皮特征的扫描电镜观察 被引量:5

摘要 通过扫描电子显微镜观察了国产芋属(ColocasiaSchott)(天南星科Araceae)5种植物的叶表皮特征,其中花叶芋C.bicolor、异色芋C.heterochroma、李氏香芋C.lihengiae和大野芋C.gigantea4个种为首次报道.研究表明:芋属植物叶的上、下表皮细胞特征不一致,细胞为多边形,垂周壁平直或弓形,气孔器多分布于下表皮,平列型,排列无定向.气孔器类型、细胞形状及垂周壁式样等特征在种间的差异小,但与气孔外盖、气孔保卫细胞极区、表皮细胞附属物等特征结合起来分析,其结果对该属植物的分类有一定意义. Leaf epidermis of five species in the genus Colocasia Schott (Araceae), were examined by scanning electron microscopes (SEM), of which C. bicolor, C. heterochroma, C. lihengiae and C. gigantea were reported for the first time. In this genus, the upper and lower epidermis cells are polygonal; the patterns of anticlinal walls are straight or arched; the stomata appearatus which mainly distribute on the lower epidermis are paracytic, and regularly arranged. Although the characters in Colocasia, such as the shape of epidermis cells are less important between species and can be used as secondary ones, the combined characters of outer stomatal ledge (or rim), the two poles of guard cell and the attachments of epidermal cell may be useful for species identification.
