俄罗斯族十分重视教育,办学较早。辛亥革命以后,在俄罗斯族聚居区相继开办了规模不等的各类学校,培养了一批人才,为俄罗斯族社会、经济的发展做出了积极的贡献。同时对我国其他少数民族的教育也产生了积极的影响。

The Russian nationality attaches great importance to education and has a long history of running schools. After the Revolution of 1911,they set up schools of various types in the Russianinhabited areas and trained a large number of talented personnel,which is a great contribution to the social and economic development of the Russian nationality and also has a great influence on the education of other ethnic minorities in our country.
