摘要
基于新疆的地域、历史、民族、经济、文化等特点,应充分利用远程教育的系统资源,优化整合师资,凭借天网、地网、人网的有机结合及三级平台的互动优势,形成由多种教学组织形式、多种教学方式、多种辅导课型、多个服务和监控途径、多条信息反馈渠道相结合的灵活机动的教育教学模式。
According to regional, historical, ethnic, economic and cultural characteristics of Xinjiang, we should make full use of system resources of distance education to optimize and integrate the ranks of teachers; and at the same time, take advantage of combination and interaction of internet, regional net and personal net to form a flexible education and teaching model by combining various teaching units, teaching methods, auxiliary courses as well as through various service, supervision and information feedback channels.
