军队卫生信息标准研究概况与面临的挑战

General Situation and Challenges of Military Health Information Standardization

“九五”以来 ,军队卫生信息标准研究稳步推进 ,成功研制了《军队卫生信息标准体系表》和《军队卫生信息分类代码表汇编 (一 )》。随着信息化的深入 ,军队卫生信息标准化面临一系列新的挑战及问题 :如临床信息标准与电子病历标准缺乏 ,信息传输、打包和通讯需要的整套标准缺乏 ,以及与国家、国际标准的协调等问题 ,急需依照军队卫生信息标准研究指导原则加以补充、完善。

Much progress has been made on standardization of military health information during the period of the ninth five-year national development plans. In view of the situation and needs of information standardization, we formulated several standard documents such as diagrams of standard system and the first collection of information classifying and coding tables on military health information. More challenges on standard development has also been emerged at the same time, and more standards on conceptual information framework, data model, clinical data, messaging, communicating, business processing, meta data, coding and terminology are urgently needed now.
