总结了“8.4”中毒事件成功救治的基本经验 :战备值班制度、战备训练和组织制度、战备储备制度、战备请示报告制度的落实。提出了军队医院提高综合保障能力应建立科学合理的应急处理机制 ;必须落实各项卫生战备制度 ;
The author generalized the experiences of successfully curing wounded in ‘8.4’ intoxication accident, such as actualization of watching system, training and organizing system, reserving system, asking and reporting system prepared for war. In order to enhance comprehensive ability of medical support in military hospital, we should establish scientific and reasonable emergency mechanism, actualize varieties of health war preparedness system, check and improve work through each emergency medical supporting action.
