摘要
经历了科学管理的百年历程 ,社会进入了文化管理的新阶段。本文其目的是思索在深化改革开放条件下 ,公有制医院如何理念创新、制度创新、体制创新。改善医院经营管理 ,“营造智力群体”、“营造活力群体”,促进资源优化配置 ,建立与社会主义市场经济适应的新型医疗卫生机构。理论与实践均证明 ,在医疗卫生行业新老体制转型时期 。
Society stepped into new area of culture management after a century of scientific management. The objective of this paper is to think over the idea innovation and system innovation of public hospital under situation of deepening reform and opening. Improve hospital management, establish intelligent group, and establish active group to form newly style of medical organization adapting to socialist market economy. Theory and practice have proved that hospital cultural management is an effect the means for hospital continuous development.
