摘要
研究生论文水平的高低 ,反映出研究生知识水平、综合素质及独立从事科学研究的能力。作为服务于教学和科研的高校学报 ,应该担负起研究生论文写作这一影响人才培养质量的重要教育环节 ,培养学生发现、分析和解决理论或实际问题的能力 ,并使学生掌握科技论文写作的基本方法 ,提高其论文写作水平。
The quality of graduate students paper reflects theirs levels of knowledge and ability.
