在当今经济与科学高速发展的时期,我国的高等教育若仍然固守传统的教育思想和教育模式,其培养的人才知识单薄,势必难以满足社会发展的需要,肯定会造成一定的教育资源浪费——不少毕业生难以寻求到工作或难以胜任现行工作,而社会或市场所急需的人才又缺乏。因此,随着科学的发展,时代的进步,实施文理学科相互渗透,培养复合型人才势在必行。

Nowadays,economy and sciene are developing by leaps and bounds.Higher ed- ucation should change its traditional thought and pattern,otherwise,it cannot satisfy the needs of social development,even worse,it can waste the educational resources.On the one hand,it is diffcult for graduates to find good jobs;on the other hand,it is hard for markets to hunt for qualified personnal.Therefore,cultivating compound talents is imperative.
