农村小学的素质教育浅议

Simply on Quality-Oriented Education in Rural Primary School

农村小学开展素质教育,对于提高占全国人口80％的农村人口的素质是至关重要的。但农村小学开展素质教育却举步维艰。其主要原因是教育观念偏颇、教师素质较低、评价体系缺失、经济条件制约等。因此,应从以下几个方面推动农村小学素质教育向前迈进,即彻底更新教育观念、切实提高教师素质、科学构建评价体系和大幅增加教育投入。

Launching quality-oriented education in rural primary school is very important for improving the quality of peasants who hold 80% of Chinese population.However,carrying it out is very difficult.The main reason are deviation of educational concept,poor-quality of teachers,gaps and omissions of evalu- ation system,restriction of economic conditions,etc.Therefore,in order to push such education forward in rural primary school,educational concept should be renewed,teachers'quality ought to be improved,eval- uation system should be scientifically built and educational investment ought to be increased by a big mar- gin.
