民族高校学生教育实习能力的调查——以湖北民族学院体育系学生实习为例

A Study of the Teaching Practice Competence of the Students of the Physical Education Department in Hubei Institute for Nationalities

以湖北民族学院体育系1999级、2000级、2001级学生为对象,采用问卷、座谈、个别采访等方法进行调查,结果显示,实习生的工作能力与体育教学所要求的能力存在着较大的差异性。

Taking the students of grade 1999, 2000 and 2001 in the Physical Education Department of Hubei Institute for Nationalities as the object of study, the writer makes an investigation by way of questionnaire survey, discussion and interview. The findings show that there is a big difference between the students' teaching ability and the ability required by physical education.
