罗格列酮和有氧运动对糖尿病糖脂代谢紊乱的干预作用

Intervening Function of Rosiglitazone and Aerobic Exercise on Glucose and Lipid Metabolic Disorder of Diabetes Disease

摘要 为探讨罗格列酮和运动对糖尿病糖脂代谢紊乱的干预作用,选用3~4周龄NOD小鼠作为实验材料,分别施加罗格列酮和中等强度有氧耐力运动。通过观察小鼠外在表现、体重和腹部脂肪变化以及胰腺病理切片,检测血清胰岛素水平、血液生化指标,显示罗格列酮和有氧运动对糖尿病糖脂代谢紊乱具有良性干预作用。 To explore the intervening function of rosiglitazone and exercise on glucose and lipid metabolic disorder of diabetes disease,this study chose 3-4 weeks old NOD mouse as experimental materials.One experimental mouse group was treated with rosiglitazone and another group trained on treadmill with moderate intensity aerobic endurance exercise.Through observing the mouse appearance,change of body weight and belly fat,the pancreas tissue section with HE staining under the optics microscope,and examining the concentration of serum insulin and some parameters in blood,the results showes that rosiglitazone and aerobic exercise have favorable intervening functions on glucose and lipid metabolic disorder of diabetes disease.
