Under the environment of network multimedia teaching,the paper regards innovation ability and quality-oriented education at the cut-in point, analyses the inner link between students' individual character and cultivation of innovation ability,the advantage and deficiency in cultivating students' innovation ability by network multimedia teaching by the methods of documentary and logical speculation.The condusion is that the best way of cultivating studeuts' innovatin ability is the combination of network multimedia teaching with traditional teaching.
