摘要
为寻找防治PTCA术后再狭窄的药物治疗途径,以火棘植物果实纯阳子干预动物,观察球囊拖伤兔髂和腹主动脉内皮后内膜增生的程度,并与非用药组对照观察。研究结果表明,纯阳子对防治PTCA术后再狭窄有一定价值。
To seele a new pharmacologic therapeutic approach of retenosis following percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasy(PTCA),the effect of pyracamtha fortunera(PF) on intimal hyperplasia following iliac arterial injury in rabbits was observed.It was found that PF has some clinical potential for the intervention of restenosis following PTCA.
