农民问题是中国实现现代化、达到小康目标的关键问题。邓小平从对农民价值评判出发,认识到解决农民问题关系到社会主义优越性的发挥,关系到中国社会的政治稳定,关系到现代化战略目标的实现。深切的体会到重视农民利益的重要。进而提出通过政策扶持,充分调动农民的生产积极性来保证农民的利益获得最大的实现;依靠科学技术,提高农民的科学文化素质,依靠科技支持农民获利;理顺生产关系,发展生产力,给农民以最大的实惠。来保证农民利益的实现。

Peasant issue is the key problem of goal concerning whether our country realizes modernization and reaches well-to-do level.Deng Xiaoping's theory is based on judgement of peasant's value.He realized that solving peasant problems concerned the full play of socialistic superiority,the steady politics of China's society,the realization of modernized strategic goal.He also realized it is very important to pay attenion to the peasant interest.So he proposed to support by policy,depend on science and technology ,understand the relations of production,and develop the productivity in order to guarantee the realization of peasant's interests.
