The paper first explains the meaning of indirect financing and the characteristics of high-tech enterprises at its growth stage.Also it points out that it is necessary and feasible to widen indirect financing channels.Then two models in developed countries are introduced and a conclusion is drawn that credit financing capital should play an important role for high-tech enterprises at its growth stage.Thereby it is advised that risk-adverse system should be built to widen the indirect financing channels.
