利用神经网络来评价区域文化力

Evaluation of regional culture power by the neural network

提出了科学是第一文化力,技术是第一生产力的理论观点,并对科技是文化力这一观点进行了全面论述。构建了区域文化力评价的指标体系,进而利用BP神经网络的方法,以中国31个省市为样本用matlab对此进行了拟合,从而得到了区域文化力的评价模型,实现对区域文化力的定量评判。

Give a new viewpoint that science is the first cultural power and technology is the first productivity.Furthermore we discuss that science and technology are the cultural power in particular.The target system for the regional cultural power evaluation is built,and we get the regional cultural power evaluation model by the theory of neural network which is beneficial for quantitative analysis.
