“天网、地网、人网”大陆边远地区现代远程教育建设——云南省现代远程教育基本教学环境建设研究

Modern Distance Education Building of Satellite Net, Computer Net and Systematic Running-school Net in the Remote Areas of the Mainland—a Research on the Design of Basic Instructional Environment in Yunnan Modern Distance Education

现代远程教育是在信息技术革命基础上产生的新的教育形式,而一定的组织系统网络仍然是目前运作现代远程教育不可缺少的环境要素。一个以覆盖全省的云南电大系统办学网络(人网)为基础,以与计算机网络对接的数字卫星接收系统网络(天网)为重点,以云南电大省校为中心、各市(州)电大分校为支撑点的,与CERNET和Internet连通的计算机网络系统(地网)为补充,三网结合营造了一个覆盖全省城乡进行现代远程开放教育的必需的、适宜的基本教学环境,使云南电大的现代远程教育得到了健康、有序的发展。

Modern distance education is a new-typed education based on information technology. At present the organization of systematic network is still an indispensable environment element. The combination of the three nets—the systematic running-school net based on the branch school network of Yunnan RTVU across the whole province, the digital satellite net focused on the computers accessing Internet, the main campus of Yunnan RTV University as a centre supported by branch schools in the different prefectures and supplemented by the computer net accessing CERNET and Internet—has created a necessary and proper basic instructional environment for modern distance education in the whole province, making the modern distance education of Yunnan RTVU advance healthily and orderly.
