摘要
工资管理是高校一项传统的行政管理工作,目前的工资管理软件已不能满足高校人事分配制度改革的需要.出于国家社会保险政策的统一要求和自身体制改革的客观需要,高校的社会保险工作已逐步展开.针对高校工资和社会保险的业务管理特点,提出将工资管理和社会保险业务有机统一,开发出一套全新的高校工资和社会保险管理信息系统.
Salary management was a traditional administrative management for a university. The present salary software can't meet the need of university' s distribution system reform . Based on the requirements of the national social insurance policy and the university reform, the program of social insurance in the university is launched progressively. This paper dwells on the business of university salary administration and social insurance and proposes the unity of the salary system with the social insurance business. A new soft ware was developed and applied in AUTS.
