摘要
研究目的:探讨硒对大鼠耐力运动中自由基代谢的影响;研究方法:对大鼠进行3周跑 台耐力训练,以0.50 mg/kg硒灌胃,测定血浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活 性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性;结果显示:受试组与运动后即刻组和4天恢复组比较MDA含量降 低(P<0.05);SOD和过氧化氢酶活性显著增强(P<0.05);结论:硒能有效地减轻运动后产生 的内源性自由基所致的脂质过氧化反应,增强抗氧化能力,促进运动后的恢复,硒影响抗氧化能 力是硒影响训练机体免疫功能的主要机理。
The rats are divided randomly into four groups with three weeks treadmill endurance training. The content of plasma malondialdehyed (MDA),the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and cafalase thin crystal (CAT) are analyzed in all groups. The result shows that comparing with exercise and recovery group,the content of plasma MDA decrease(P<0. 05), SOD and CAT activity increase(P<0. 05) in selenium groups. Selenium can effectively relieve lipid percxidation through endurance exercise, increase antioxidant capacity and promote recovery after exercise. The effect of selenium on anti-oxidative function is probably the main mechanism for immunity function.
