酒依赖患者心理特征对照分析

The comparative analysis on the mental characteristic of alcohol dependence patients

目的 :探讨酒依赖患者心理特征。方法 :用症状自评量表 (SCL— 90 )对 6 0例酒依赖患者及 6 0例正常人测试分析 ,并与中国常模对照。结果 :酒依赖患者各因子分均高于对照组及常模 ,在躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性等方面更显著。结论 :酒依赖患者心理状况很差 ,心理问题较严重 ,社会各界应予关注。

Objective: To investigate the mental characteristic of alcohol dependence patients, Methods: Sixty alcohol dependence patients and sixty normal men were assessed with symptom check-list 90 (SCL-90) and contract each other, and then contract with national norm. Result: Sorces on all factors in alcohol dependence patients are higher than that in contrals and national norm, The defferences of sorces are signifficant, especially on somat ization, compalsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and psychaticism etal. Conclusion: The mental state of alcohol dependence patients are not good. Their mental health problems are becoming serious. Society of all must pay attention to the patients and support them.
