共产党反腐倡廉必须坚持的几个原则

Several Principles for the Communist Party to Adhere to in Opposing Corruptness and Advocating Rightness

中国共产党是一个马克思主义执政党,是中国各族人民建设有中国特色社会主义的坚强核心。从严治党是党的性质所决定的。近期以来,党内出现一些不正之风和腐败现象,引起广大党员和人民的不满和党中央的高度重视。如何有效地从严治党,反腐倡廉,是长期困惑全党的一个问题。本文从加强党员素质教育,严格纪律维护党纪、增加民主透明度,发挥职能机关和党员群众的监督作用、领导机关和党员干部的率先垂范作用五个方面作了简要的论述。

China's Communist Party, as a Marxist Party in power, is a strong center for the Chinese People of all nationalities to build Socialism with Chinese characteristics. To administer the Party is decided by the nature of the Party. Recently, some unhealthy tendency and corrupt phenomenon appear inside the Party, which causes dissatisfaction from the Party members and public and draws the attention of the Party Central Committee. How to efficiently and strictly administer the Party as well as oppose corruptness and advocate rightness is a problem which bewilders the Party in a long run. This thesis briefly discusses this problem from five aspects: to strengthen the quality education of the Party members; to strictly follow the disciplines of the Party; to increase the transparency of the democracy; to exert the monitoring function of the authoritative units and the Party members; and to bring the leading units and Party members to take the lead in showing examples.
