Measures of Building and Managing Foreign Language Lab in Colleges

加强高校外语语音室的建设和管理系统的改革,建设一支高效、精干、务实、求新的外语语音室技术队伍,这不仅仅是搞好外语语音室本身的工作问题,更是提高外语教学质量的重要基础。目前高校外语语音室建设仍存在不少问题,还不完全适应新形势下外语教学的要求。根据21世纪新形势发展的需要,必须从队伍、设备、管理、科学规划设计等几个方面加强语音室建设和管理。

To reinforce the construction of language lab in colleges and universities, to deepen the reform of management system and to build an efficient, capable and creative working staff are vital issues related to the operation of language lab. Furthermore, they become important foundation to improve the quality of foreign language teaching. At present, there exist quite a few problems in the construction of language lab, which is not in accordance with the requirement raised by foreign language education under new circumstance. According to the development of new situation in the 21st century, more efforts is expected to be made in such aspects as staff, facilities, administration and working plan so as to strengthen the building and management of language lab.
