Synthesis of New High-solid Acrylic Resin

合成了一种新型高固体分功能性丙烯酸树脂 ,研究了单体组成及用量、引发体系、反应温度与时间对树脂性能的影响 .这种新型树脂提高了对颜料的润湿分散性能 ,用其配制的涂料所得的漆膜性能优异 .

A new type high-solid acrylic resin has been produced.The effects of reaction temperature,amouts of initiator and monomer on the viscosity of resin are discussed.It has been found that a special functiond monomer in resin will improne the wetting and disperse to pigment.The experiment has shown that excellent coating will be get from this resin.
