染料、颜料产品多批拼混过程中色光强度预测软件的研究与开发

Development of Software for Predicting Strength and Shade in Multi-batches Combination of Same Dyestuff or Pigment Products

应用现代测量技术和颜色科学的理论，开发了用于同一品种不同批次染(颜)料产品的拼混过程中，拼混产物色光强度的预报软件。本软件以数值表示产品的色光和强度，描述了各批次产品的颜色特性与拼混后产品颜色特性间的数学关系，并具有界面友好、操作简单、信息包含量大、适用性广等特点。实验证明，预报结果与实测数据之间具有很高的一致性。

On the basis of modern color measurement technology and color theory, a new software for predicting strength and shade in multibatches combination of same dyestuffor pigment products was developed. It digitally expressed the strength and shade Of the products, and described the mathmetical relationship in the color characteristics of various batches of products before and after they were mixed. The software made a feature of friend interface, easy-to-use, much more information included and its versatility. The experimental results showed that predicted values was highly accordance with measurements data.
